Pets

We warmly welcome your well-behaved pets but kindly request to keep paws off the furniture and beds for hygiene reasons. And all dog waste is cleaned and disposed of from the patio area by departure.

Smoking


Flora apartment is strictly no smoking/Vaping. Smoking is forbidden anywhere in the building, bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. If guests wish to smoke outside, please be considerate and dispose safely. Flora Apartment reserves the rights to levy an additional cleaning fee of £100.

Gatherings

Flora enforces a permanent ban on disruptive gatherings, parties and open invites regardless of size. Guests must adhere to the booking guests’ limit. Violation of these conditions will result in the termination of your stay.

Common quiet hours

We kindly request you respect our neighbours and keep noise to an appropriate level during quiet hours (2200-0800).

Price


The price is as stated by Airbnb/ booking.com or directly at the time of booking. Bookings are taken via the Bookalet booking system to support secure online transactions. Bookings are for a minimum of a two-night stay.

Payments

Payments are accepted as stated by Bookalet. The system integrates with major payment gateways like WorldPay, PayPal and Sage Pay to process various currencies.

Cancellation policy


If you need to alter or cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. Alterations are subject to availability.
If it is necessary for guests to cancel their travel arrangements, we will attempt to re-sell the booking and refund you in full. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you’ll be charged for the full length of your stay.
We recommend you check your travel insurance covers you for cancellations due to emergency situations.

Non-availability


We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you an alternative date of stay however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival


Check in for Flora apartment is at 16:00.

Parking

private parking for Flora apartments sole use and is situated to the rear of the property as shown in your welcome booklet. We ask the parking is vacated at time of departure.

Departure


Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure. And return keys to key safe located to the rear of the property.

Damages and breakages

We understand accidents happen. Please report these when the occur. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents.

A nominal charge of £25 will be levied for replacement door keys should the need arise.

Liability


Flora Apartment does not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to you and any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.

Data

Any data gathered during your booking may be held on the booking sites computer. Information will not be shared by us with third parties.

CCTV

CCTV is in operation for security reasons however the cameras are situated at the front and rear door and facing the gate in the private patio area.
